About the Role
We are looking for a clinically strong, research-driven leader to design all medical protocols, frameworks, and doctor-facing systems. This role is ideal for someone deeply scientific, detail-oriented, and experienced in obesity care, GLP, and evidence-based clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Strategy, Training & Protocol Design
- Design, standardise, and optimise treatment protocols, clinical workflows, and patient care journeys.
- Build structured doctor training content, onboarding modules, and upskilling frameworks.
- Ensure all protocols follow ethical guidelines, GLP principles, and regulatory standards.
Doctor Network Leadership
- Lead doctor hiring strategy, competency framework, and selection standards.
- Build and nurture a strong network of in-house and consultant doctors.
- Mentor, coach, and support doctors on clinical quality and patient management.
Quality, Compliance & Collaboration
- Oversee clinical governance, medical accuracy, and quality benchmarks.
- Work cross-functionally with product, tech, ops, and leadership to integrate clinical excellence.
- Track patient outcomes, treatment efficacy, and feedback to refine protocols.
Requirements
MBBS required (MD preferred).
Strong knowledge of obesity medicine, nutrition, weight management, and supplements.
6–10 years in clinical operations, medical advisory, or digital health.
Strong scientific temperament, analytical mindset, excellent communication.
Bangalore-based, comfortable in a fast-paced hybrid startup culture.
