Independent Contractor – Bilingual Appointment Setting VA/Real Estate VA/Junior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a Bilingual Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant to support a growing real estate business. This role focuses on outbound calling, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication with newly licensed real estate agents to introduce the company and coordinate meetings with the broker.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • Conduct outbound calls to newly licensed real estate agents to introduce the company’s services
  • Schedule and confirm in-person appointments with the broker
  • Manage and update the broker’s calendar to ensure accuracy
  • Send reminders and follow up with agents before and after meetings
  • Track outreach, appointments, and outcomes within the CRM system
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Support the onboarding process through consistent follow-ups and coordination

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and basic tech platforms
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for outbound calls
  • Real estate industry knowledge is a plus but not required

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
  • Daily Working Time: 9 AM to 11 AM, 5 PM to 7 PM .

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
