Title: CPT-10010 Credit Repair VA

Independent Contractor – Business Support VA/Entry, Junior, Senior, Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to support our growing credit repair operations.

The VA will work within DisputeFox software to manage credit report updates, handle dispute tracking, and send timely updates to clients through the online portal.

This role focuses heavily on accuracy, data organization, and consistent communication through digital platforms — with minimal phone communication required. As the company begins a large-scale project, this position offers an opportunity for long-term growth into a full-time role.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • Dispute Tracking & Reporting
    • Manage and update client credit reports within DisputeFox.
    • Track deletions, dispute results, durations, and success percentages.
    • Log dispute cycles, progress, and completion statuses accurately.
    • Generate and share summaries of dispute results with the credit repair team.
  • Client Communication & Updates
    • Send updates, results, and reminders to clients through the client portal.
    • Use pre-set automations to streamline communication.
    • Handle minimal client communication via phone; primarily email or portal-based.
    • Coordinate with the internal credit repair team to ensure accurate reporting and timely follow-ups.
  • Administrative Support & Data Management
    • Maintain organized, compliant, and up-to-date records of all credit dispute activities.
    • Review and correct any data discrepancies or tracking errors.
    • Support the setup and execution of large-scale projects and process improvements.
    • Provide regular reporting on results and overall dispute progress.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Background in the credit repair industry or similar financial services preferred.
  • Proficiency with DisputeFox
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of independent work.
  • Spanish proficiency a plus (3% of clientele).

  • Google Sheet, Excel

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 15-20 Hours (part-time; potential to increase to 30-40 hours full-time)
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: Flexible — tasks to be completed by end of day EST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
