Title: CPT-10349 B2B Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (LinkedIn + Email Outbound)
Business Support VA/Senior-Advanced Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
The company is a multi-brand home services platform supporting plumbing, sewer, drain, and commercial service companies across the United States. This role supports commercial (B2B) growth by generating and qualifying outbound leads and delivering meeting-ready opportunities to local operators.
⚠️ Important: This is not a customer service role and not a social media posting role.
This position is strictly focused on outbound lead research, outreach, follow-up, and CRM tracking.
Primary Objective
To generate consistent, qualified B2B conversations through LinkedIn and email outreach, and pass interested prospects to internal leaders for meetings and site visits.
You are not responsible for closing deals. Success is measured by:
Responses (yes/no)
Qualified conversations
Meetings booked or properly handed off
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
1. Lead Research & List Building
Identify B2B decision-makers in assigned industries and locations, including:
Restaurants (multi-location groups)
Property management companies
Apartment communities
Healthcare facilities
Senior living communities
Fitness centers / gyms
Urgent care and medical offices
Use tools such as:
LinkedIn
Better Business Bureau
Chamber of Commerce directories
Google search
Target roles include:
Facility Managers
Operations Managers
Owners / Managing Partners
Regional or Multi-Site Managers
Build clean and accurate lead lists containing:
Full name
Job title
Company name
LinkedIn profile
Email address (when available)
2. Outbound Outreach (LinkedIn + Email)
Send outbound messages using approved templates
Apply light personalization only (industry + location)
Outreach channels:
LinkedIn connection requests
LinkedIn messages
Email follow-ups (when email is available)
You will NOT:
Cold call (unless explicitly assigned)
Create messaging frameworks
Write long-form sales copy
3. Follow-Up & Persistence
Execute a structured follow-up cadence
Multiple touchpoints over a 30-day period
Continue outreach until a clear yes or no is received
If there is no response:
Continue follow-ups
Schedule future follow-ups (30 / 60 / 90 days)
“No response” is not a failure— consistent follow-up is expected.
4. CRM Tracking (HubSpot)
Log and maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including:
New contacts created
Messages sent
Responses received
Follow-ups scheduled
Update contact status clearly:
Interested
Not interested
No response
Follow-up scheduled
Maintain clean, detailed notes to support smooth handoff to internal teams.
5. Handoff to Internal Team
When a prospect shows interest:
Gather basic qualifying information (locations, number of sites, pain points)
Assign or notify the appropriate internal operator
Schedule meetings when requested
Ensure internal teams receive:
Complete contact details
Conversation context
Clearly documented next steps

Creating marketing strategies
Managing or posting on social media
Running paid ads
Customer service tasks
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
Strong written English (professional, clear, and concise)
Proven experience with:
LinkedIn lead generation
B2B outbound outreach
CRM systems ( HubSpot preferred)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work
Able to follow SOPs and templates exactly
High level of initiative and follow-through
You will use tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, a company-provided email, and Microsoft Teams to perform your daily tasks.
This role requires strong ownership and accountability, and we are looking for VAs who do not need constant reminders, can manage follow-ups independently, are comfortable with structured outbound work, and demonstrate strong English proficiency and professionalism.
Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours (combined)
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: TBD
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
