CPT-10190 Lead Generation and Marketing Associate
Independent Contractor – Lead Generation and Marketing Associate/Business Support VA/Entry to Junior Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation, Marketing & Data Entry Associate to join our team. This role is critical in driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales and marketing pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, email marketing, CRM management, research, and accurate data entry, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
- Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, databases, and industry platforms
- Develop strategies to expand the prospect base and target markets
- Email Campaigns
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and clients
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher conversion rates
- CRM & Lead Management
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and client information
- Track lead progress through the sales funnel and ensure timely follow-ups
- Outreach & Follow-Up
- Conduct personalized outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social platforms
- Manage follow-up communications to nurture leads and build long-term relationships
- Research & Market Insights
- Perform market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities
- Provide insights and reports to support sales and marketing strategies
- Data Entry
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other databases
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms
- Organize and categorize information for easy retrieval and reporting
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, or sales support
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management
Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 15 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
- Daily Working Time: to be discussed, EST
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
