CPT-10223 Real Estate Cold Caller VA
Independent Contractor – Real Estate Cold Caller VA/Real Estate/Junior - Senior (Remote).
Overview
The Real Estate Cold Caller VA will support a real estate investment business by conducting outbound calls, generating quality leads, setting appointments, and helping evaluate potential deals. The ideal candidate is experienced in real estate cold calling, understands acquisitions, and can consistently deliver high-quality conversations that convert into opportunities.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners, sellers, and prospects using Mojo Dialer
- Generate and qualify real estate investment leads
- Set appointments for acquisition discussions
- Use MLS, internal lead generation systems, and provided data sources
- Run quick calculations using pre-built spreadsheets to evaluate property potential
- Track all lead interactions and updates in CRM or spreadsheets
- Support the acquisitions and dispositions process by following up with warm leads
- Communicate professionally with U.S. real estate sellers
- Maintain consistent and quality lead volume daily
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate cold calling.
- Strong phone presence and confidence in speaking with U.S. sellers
- Familiarity with Mojo Dialer or similar dialing platforms
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt based on response
- Understanding of basic real estate terminology (ARV, equity, condition levels, etc.)
- Ability to run quick deal evaluations using spreadsheets
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Tools & Platforms
- Mojo Dialer
- MLS / lead generation systems
- Spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
- CRM (client to provide)
Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Saturday
- Daily Working Time: between 11 AM and 7 PM CST
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
