We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise as a paralegal or legal assistant to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
NDA review and negotiation (core function);
Read, interpret, and analyze complex legal language;
Apply client-specific written policies to ensure compliance;
Edit documents using track changes;
Negotiate with opposing counsel via email until a clean, executable final version is reached;
Prepare documents for client signature;
Log into the firm’s secure email/chat/server system and manage incoming work throughout the shift;
Maintain continuous communication coverage for assigned time zone;
Complete an end-of-shift checklist daily;
Work independently while following strict rules and structured workflows;
Learn all tasks manually for the first 6 months (AI tools will be permitted after proficiency & trust are established);
Eventually incorporate firm’s automation tools to enhance productivity (post-training period);
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Philosophy, English, or a related field; or prior experience in a law firm or legal support environment;
Exceptional logical reasoning and the ability to analyze propositions, rules, and their implications with clarity and precision;
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written), including strong technical reading comprehension;
High analytical accuracy, with the ability to apply complex rules to new scenarios and identify inconsistencies or logical gaps;
Strong attention to detail and the capacity to maintain exceptionally high standards of precision;
Professional communication skills, particularly when interacting with attorneys or senior stakeholders;
Ability to learn quickly, retain complex information, and apply it consistently with minimal supervision;
Comfort working independently in a demanding, high-expectation environment where accuracy is critical;
Work from home;
Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
Starting salary between 4$ - 6$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
