We are a venture and innovation platform founded in 2018. We co-found and invest in AI-native and tech-enabled businesses. We support our startups by connecting them with customers and design partners, and we provide services like product design, engineering, data science, branding, and infrastructure.
We’re backed by Apollo Global Management. We partner with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to transform businesses, linking established companies with new disruptors. Our building efforts focus on Healthcare, Supply Chain & Industrials, and AI-driven B2B software. We combine our technical and functional expertise with real-time innovation and the institutional resources of our private equity partners.
In our investing, we look for Pre-Seed to Series A startups that are defining their categories in B2B software and healthcare. We use our institutional venture experience and team of hands-on operators. Our transformation initiatives help private equity firms and portfolio companies future-proof their businesses by using AI to unlock value.
We also run an in-house agency, Creature, which is a brand, marketing, and UX partner. We build and invest in businesses using studio, venture, and buyout strategies, always focused on modernizing legacy industries with AI. For example, Mason is a venture in the AI-native litigation space, and 25m Health is developing an AI-enabled revenue cycle management platform with health system design partners.
