About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Chief of Staff to work alongside our executive team. This role involves working day-to-day with our CEO and senior leadership on all aspects of building Mason into a leading litigation platform, executing day-to-day responsibilities in areas including marketing & sales, product, fundraising, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a top law firm, legaltech company, consulting company, software startup or comparable professional environment, and will bring a blend of analytical rigor, critical thinking, outstanding communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Areas of Responsibility
- Act as a thought partner to the executive team, assisting in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings and presentations, including client and investor presentations, ensuring clear communication.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver an outstanding product that satisfies the requirements of discerning financial institutions.
- Manage and lead special projects with high visibility and impact across the company.
- Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a top university.
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, including in a top law firm, legaltech company, consulting firm, or comparable professional environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically and solve problems.
- Passion for building and scaling businesses.
