Overview of Role
We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in attracting top technical talent to fuel our innovative projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to identify and engage highly skilled individuals in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (social media, professional networks, online communities, LinkedIn Recruiter, GenAI Sourcing tools, and advanced Boolean search techniques) to identify and connect with exceptional technical candidates who align with our requirements.
- Talent Pipelining: Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for open technical positions, proactively cultivating relationships with passive candidates and building a robust talent pool for future needs.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from initial candidate engagement and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand specific talent needs, provide data-driven insights on market trends, and contribute to the success of the overall recruitment strategy.
- Candidate Advocacy: Provide a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a strong focus on candidate satisfaction.
- Market Expertise: Keep informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to effectively identify and attract top technical talent.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated success in technical recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and engaging highly skilled engineers, developers, and other technical professionals in technology consulting, professional services or recruiting firm environments.
- Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, software development methodologies, and data and AI toolsets.
- Sourcing Mastery: Expertise in utilizing a wide range of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other relevant platforms.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to leverage data and metrics to track progress, measure effectiveness, and optimize recruiting strategies.
- Passion for Technology: A genuine interest in the technology industry and leveraging AI to be an efficient recruiter.
- Willingness to follow a hybrid working structure in our Bengaluru office 2-3 days per week.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
