Accel Therapies

We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and other related pediatric therapies for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. We support children and families in California, Texas, Idaho, and Nebraska. Our services use evidence-based methods to help children achieve developmental goals and learn essential life, communication, social, and self-help skills.

We offer personalized programs in various environments, including our centers, homes, and schools. We started in 2005 as a speech therapy clinic in Newport Beach, CA, and later expanded to include ABA therapy. We are privately owned, not by a private equity group, and we collaborate on clinical research with UCLA’s Kids Connect at the Semel Institute of Neuroscience.

For professional development, we offer an annual CEU reimbursement between $750 and $1,250. Our compensation packages include sign-on bonuses of up to $15,000 and annual performance bonuses of up to $9,000, paid monthly. Many roles offer flexibility, with 1-2 work-from-home days possible per week, and a standard Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.
