Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Management (formerly Loyalty cloud) to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions—with a strong focus on building and optimizing loyalty programs that drive customer engagement.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and CRM operations, to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, SOQL, and API integrations.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to enhance customer loyalty workflows and experiences.
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Loyalty Management
Implement and optimize Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities, including:
- Member onboarding and lifecycle design
- Point accrual and redemption rules
- Tier and benefit configuration
- Engagement models and promotions
Evaluate loyalty program requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Loyalty Management features.
Integrate Loyalty Management with external systems (e-commerce, mobile apps, marketing systems, CRM, etc.) using APIs and middleware.
