Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new Creative Producer.
As a Creative Producer, you’ll be responsible for bringing creative ideas to life, from initial briefing to final delivery. Working closely with our Creative Studio and Brand Marketing teams, you will maintain the overview, structure, and momentum across multiple projects. You’ll balance creative ambition with budgets and timelines, ensuring everything we produce—from seasonal campaigns to local activations—meets the Ace & Tate aesthetic.

You’ll be…
- Owning end-to-end production for photo/video shoots, global campaigns, and brand activations
- Translating concepts into reality by creating clear production plans, timelines, and budgets
- Managing the full lifecycle of productions, including casting, on-set management, and post-production
- Sourcing and briefing external talent, maintaining a strong network of photographers, directors, and stylists
- Exercising full cost control, negotiating with suppliers and managing production administration and usage rights
- Safeguarding quality by ensuring all outputs align with brand consistency and print production standards
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Art Directors, PR, and Retail teams to align on project goals
You have…
- 4+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or Art Buyer, preferably in-house for a fashion or lifestyle brand
- A proven track record in producing both stills and video, from quick-turnaround content to large-scale campaigns
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
- Commercial & legal savvy, specifically regarding budget management, contracts, and buyout negotiations
- A deep connection to the industry, with an existing creative network (ideally in Amsterdam)
- A keen aesthetic eye and a passion for visual storytelling and contemporary culture
