Salesforce Administrator
Location: Remote
Type: Contract role – 6 Month duration
Salary: EUR 40 per hour
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong eCommerce background to develop, maintain, and optimise our Salesforce CRM environment. You will play a key role in supporting sales, marketing, and digital commerce teams, ensuring Salesforce is configured to support customer journeys, online sales operations, and data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for administering Salesforce systems, training users across the business, maintaining high-quality data, and supporting solution design for new functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all necessary Salesforce administrative tasks including:
· User management
· Page layout modifications
· Creating reports and dashboards
· Adding and maintaining custom fields
· Optimise the performance of Salesforce products and systems
· Configure, build, and test Salesforce applications as required
· Work as part of the Solution Design team to finalise high-level solutions
· Take accountability for low-level design of functional application changes
· Support and train users across the business on Salesforce best practices
· Maintain data quality, including managing access, resets, and data integrity
· Complete and maintain all documentation required for system maintenance and ongoing support
· Experience working with sales, marketing, or digital commerce teams in an eCommerce environment
Required Experience & Qualifications
· Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator
· Salesforce Certifications including Administrator and Advanced Administrator (or equivalent)
· Ability to carry out Business Analysis tasks
· Advanced dashboards and reporting skills
· Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting and importing sales data
· Broad functional and/or technical experience with Salesforce
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
