About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Sales Executive (Closer) to join our team. This role is for a money-hungry, extroverted individual with a proven record of getting things done. You will be responsible for closing high-value deals and consistently achieving challenging revenue and activity targets, primarily through remote (over-the-phone) sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, focusing on closing deals.
- Proactively source a significant portion of your own leads (target: >20% self-sourced revenue).
- Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls/meetings to engage prospects.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and deal closure targets.
- Maintain a high Lead Conversion Rate and focus on maintaining a high Average Order Value (target: $9,000).
- Navigate and manage complex sales objections and comparisons with competitors.
- Maintain meticulous records and high computer proficiency using our CRM (Pipedrive).
What We’re Looking For (The Ideal Candidate):
- Experience: Proven sales experience, particularly in high-ticket, over-the-phone sales (not face-to-face). Veterans considered for a higher base salary.
- Motivation: Exceptionally hungry for money and driven by performance.
- Skills:
- English fluent (mandatory).
- High attention to detail.
- Extroverted personality.
- Strong computer proficiency, including professional use of a CRM for at least 6 months.
- Track Record: Must have a PROVEN RECORD OF GETTING THINGS DONE and successfully selling products with a high Average Order Value (ideally $2,000+ per deal).
