We are seeking experienced Solution Architects to provide the technical vision and design robust, scalable solutions that align with our business objectives.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise across a wide range of technologies, including cloud platforms, software engineering, databases, and IT infrastructure and networking fundamentals.
System Integration & Architecture Design: Proven ability to design comprehensive architectural blueprints, integration plans, and data flows, ensuring seamless interaction between new and existing systems and third-party applications.
Business Acumen & Strategy Alignment: Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, perform cost-benefit assessments, and ensure solutions provide tangible business value.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to serve as the bridge between technical teams, project managers, and non-technical stakeholders, guiding the technical direction and managing expectations.
Project & Risk Management: Experience in planning and guiding projects through their lifecycle, identifying technical risks, and proposing mitigation strategies while working within constraints (time, budget, resources).
Documentation & Governance: Ability to create detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and specifications for development teams and ensure all solutions adhere to security protocols, compliance standards, and best practices (e.g., TOGAF).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in solution architecture, with proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), as well as experience in technologies such as Java, .NET, or similar.
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises architectures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
