About the Role

This position is Remote based in EST.

The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced Robotics start-up. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of Agility Robotics. You will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. About the Work

  • Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Coordinating the pre- and post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
  • Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Updating candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS) and managing any metrics that can be pulled from Greenhouse or Gem
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status updates
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

About You

  • 2+ years of recruiting coordinator or equivalent experience at a tech company
  • Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system
  • Ability to work flexible hours as business needs require.

Anticipated Base Salary Range

$66,000—$86,000 USD

In addition to base pay, our competitive total rewards package consists of:
