About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us find and hire great people across our engineering teams. This role is a great opportunity for someone with early experience in recruiting who’s excited to grow their skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the People team to support hiring for both hardware and software roles.
This is a remote position, though we’d love someone based in Oregon for occasional team meetups.
About the Work
Support the full-cycle recruiting process—from job posting to offer—across roles in software and hardware engineering
Work with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies
Source candidates using online tools like LinkedIn and other platforms
Help schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates throughout the process
Ensure a great experience for all candidates by staying organized and responsive
Keep our ATS and tracking systems up to date
Learn and contribute to process improvements, recruiting projects, and team-wide initiatives
About You
4+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency), ideally with some exposure to technical roles
Eager to learn more about robotics, engineering, and hiring best practices
Organized and detail-oriented—you can manage multiple roles and priorities at once
Comfortable talking with candidates and hiring managers at all levels
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Curious, proactive, and excited to be part of a growing team
Committed to creating an inclusive and equitable hiring experience
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
