We offer full-service parking management for property owners. Our services include enforcement, payment collection, visitor registration, and customer support.

We built our own technology platform that uses advanced license plate recognition devices. This platform uses an embedded Linux stack to handle real-time video processing, Yocto-based Linux customization, and over-the-air updates for thousands of devices. We combine hardware and software, optimizing sensors, cameras, and other peripherals.

We manage the operational and financial performance of parking assets, handling dynamic pricing, vendor partnerships, facility operations, and revenue optimization. Founded in 2018, our goal is to be a trusted operating partner for property owners.

Our team currently has 11-50 employees, and we plan to grow significantly, from about 70 to hundreds. We foster a diverse team: 40% female representation and over 30% from underrepresented communities.

We offer equity in the business and support remote work from anywhere in North America. We provide health insurance, covering 85% of medical, dental, and vision for you and 50% for dependents. You get 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave, which can be used continuously or intermittently over 18 months. We provide a home office setup, including a laptop and other equipment. We have an unlimited PTO policy, with a minimum of 10 days per year. A 401k retirement savings program is available. We organize team off-sites about twice a year.
