Our team is responsible for all email and omnichannel communications — from transactional emails to large-scale promotional and lifecycle campaigns, as well as mobile push notifications. We focus not just on delivery, but on driving meaningful outcomes such as user activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Configure and execute email campaigns using our in-house ESP, including segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Build and manage advanced audience segments and multi-step automated workflows based on user behavior and lifecycle stages.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through dashboards and key metrics.
  • Own and continuously improve our internal email system to enhance usability, efficiency, and impact.
  • Develop data-driven, personalized email strategies that drive engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership to align email initiatives with business goals.
  • Support the evolution of email marketing into an AI-driven, scalable, and best-in-class function.

What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience working with data, SQL.
  • Experience working with HTML and CSS for building, customizing, and maintaining email templates.
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP or in-house email system, including campaign setup, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance using key email metrics and dashboards.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Solid understanding of user journeys, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle communication.
  • Familiarity with automation and AI-driven tools, or strong interest in applying AI to email marketing.
  • English level B2 or higher.
