We were founded in 2012 to provide virtual care solutions in the Hospitals and Health Care industry. Our “Physician-first Care & Guidance” model connects patients with expert physicians in under 60 seconds, offering ²⁴⁄₇ access for diagnosis, treatment, and clinical guidance. This model delivers immediate, affordable, and high-quality virtual primary care.

Our platform helps patients access their member benefits and resources. It uses chat technology to identify health concerns, addressing issues like behavioral health, musculoskeletal problems, and chronic conditions. We serve self-insured employers, health plans, and benefits consultants.

Since 2012, we’ve expanded to offer healthcare access to nearly 10 million users in all 50 states. Our platform has a 96% patient satisfaction rate, with 83% of encounters resolved directly through us. Additionally, 92% of users reported an improved relationship with their employer.
