Working in close partnership with Product Managers—who own product strategy, the senior delivery Manager provides delivery leadership, planning, and governance, ensuring a smooth transition from roadmap to execution and high-quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Product Development, the role leads and develops a team of Product Development Managers and Senior Product Development Analysts, setting standards for delivery excellence, requirements quality, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Set direction and quality standards for business and product requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined, appropriately detailed, and fit for delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery from requirements definition and solution design through UAT, release, and post-implementation review
  • Ensure customer feedback, beta testing insights, and usability considerations are incorporated into delivered solutions

People Leadership

  • Line manage and develop a team of Product Development Managers and Senior Product Development Analysts
  • Provide clear direction, coaching, and feedback, building capability in delivery management, requirements definition, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure consistent standards, quality, and ways of working across the Product delivery function

Business Readiness & Compliance
