We provide solutions and services for renewable energy project development, diligence, execution, and asset management. Founded in 2021, we help developers and investors at every stage of a project’s lifecycle. Our team has experience with residential VPPs, commercial-industrial (C&I), and utility-scale solar and storage projects, bringing over 6GW of PV and 3GWh of energy storage experience.

We offer the Euclid Platform and a range of expert services. The platform organizes, analyzes, and converts project documents into structured, verified data, supporting AI-assisted delivery. This system helps manage documents, identifies missing information, and delivers data in the formats needed to advance projects. Our services include technical and financial diligence, project de-risking, execution management, EPC negotiation, procurement, energy modeling, engineering & design, controls & DAS, data management systems, tax equity finance, financial modeling, project accounting, asset management, and operations & maintenance. We also operate as a software development company.

We have supported over 12 GW, helped complete more than 1,000 projects, and facilitated $10 billion in renewable energy investments across more than 20 states. Our clients include UBS, Ameresco, and Brookfield. For instance, UBS used the Euclid Platform to acquire 6 energy storage assets (1.5 GWh total), managing $750 million in capital, over 100 vendors, and 1,700 invoices.
