About DARO

We are a business consulting company founded in 2009. Previously known as Ajah, we help leaders build and implement learning, data, and technology strategies. Our work includes data governance, digital transformation, and open data, primarily for non-profit organizations and the social sector.

We build systems to help organizations achieve their goals. Our services fall into three main areas:

  • Strategic Transformation: Helping organizations make complete shifts in their strategic approach.
  • Learning Systems: Creating and supporting real-time learning within organizations.
  • Ecosystem Infrastructure: Developing the shared rules, data, and tools that help the social sector use data and collaborate.

Our clients include the Mastercard Foundation and The Circle. We have offices in Katy, Texas, and Montreal, Quebec. In our work, we often share insights on organizational change, evidence crises, and industry trends. Our name is inspired by Mohenjo-Daro, an ancient city known for its advanced sanitation.
