Founded in 2013, we offer IT project assessments, implementations, upgrades, supplemental resources, remote support, and system integration and performance tuning. We provide IT consulting and services to clients across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, helping them from concept to implementation.

Our services include designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, often with AI features. We also manage advanced information security infrastructure, including Cisco and Azure firewalls, Zscaler Private Access, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems. We provide technical support for mainframe applications using technologies like COBOL, CICS, ADABAS, VSAM, and IBM JCL, as well as AS400 Synon development. Additionally, we develop Java applications with Spring and Spring Boot, building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.

Beyond IT, we offer editorial services for medical news content, specifically in cardiology, for healthcare professionals. We also manage logistics and procurement, including supplier relationships and inventory, within the commodities industry (dairy, beef, and pork) using MRP/ERP systems.

We are a team of 51 to 200 employees. We foster a collaborative work environment, with teams working cross-functionally with stakeholders, business analysts, QA, and operations. Our projects often use Agile methodologies, code reviews, and contributions to development standards.

Work arrangements are flexible, including full-time and contract roles, with options for remote, hybrid, or onsite work depending on the position and location. Some roles may require a local presence for specific tasks such as network connection setup, equipment pickup, or team meetings.

We support our teams in producing high-quality content and managing advanced security infrastructures. We adhere to practices like ITIL/SDLC/CMMI, focusing on quality assurance and strong communication with clients and internal teams.
