We are a real estate services company, founded in 2014. We formed from two local firms: SMM Property Advisors in Miami and Akko Commercial Real Estate in Mexico. Our founders are Francis Pons, José Monros, and Agustín Alvarado. Francis Pons and Agustín Alvarado previously held management positions at CBRE in Europe and Latin America for over two decades. We offer real estate consulting, brokerage, property management, real estate investment advice, and international real estate consulting. We aim to provide flexible and accurate service to our clients.

We also develop digital protection solutions and a digital insurance experience, which includes customer-facing web and mobile applications. We emphasize automation and manual testing, using technologies like Cypress/TypeScript for automated tests. We ensure high-quality releases using CI/CD test gates and post-deploy smoke testing.
