Your mission:

Step into the driver’s seat of Alasco’s international growth as o ur Business Development Representative, Europe (m/f/ d). Reporting directly to the VP Europe, you’ll be the spark that ignites new business - uncovering opportunities, starting high-value conversations, and opening doors with real estate developers and investment managers shaping international projects.This is an impactful role: you’ll own the first stage of our customer journey, mastering cold outreach campaigns to generate qualified pipeline across the European market. Partner closely with marketing and sales leadership, experiment with fresh strategies, and gain front-row exposure to both mid-market and enterprise deals as you help drive Alasco’s expansion across Europe.

  • Be the market opener: Own outbound prospecting for the European market outside of DACH, identifying the developers and investment managers shaping projects from €10M to € 1B+.
  • Spark conversations that matter: Pick up the phone, craft clever emails, and use social channels to turn cold outreach into meaningful business discussions everyday.
  • Qualify like a pro: Uncover pain points and business drivers, spot high-value opportunities and set Alasco up for success.
  • Be Alasco’s voice on the ground: Represent us at trade shows, industry events, and occasional in-person meetings primarily across the UK.
  • Fuel the pipeline with precis ion: Keep CRM data crisp, share insights from the field, and help shape the strategy for international expansion.

Who you are:

  • Proven outbound experience: At least 1-2 years’ experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role with consistent success in customer acquisition.
  • SaaS sales background: Familiarity with selling technology solutions; real-estate industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a hybrid setup, eager to learn and grow into larger sales responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; quick to build rapport and listen actively.
