We are a global data-focused Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) specializing in managing, analyzing, and reporting data from clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance. We offer expertise in biostatistics, clinical data management, statistical programming (including SAS programming), medical writing, and pharmacovigilance. Our services also include Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) analysis, SDTM for data standardization, and the use of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) technologies.

We provide consulting for statistical protocol design and use Real-World Data (RWD) from secondary sources for health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). Our Q-Suite platform, for example, integrates AI and automation to extract, map, and translate data into CDISC standards.

We offer study-level support, functional service provision (FSP), full data-service solutions, and technical consultancy to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and device companies worldwide.

Founded in 1994 as Statwood, we merged with Oxford Pharmaceutical Sciences (OPS) in 2007 to become Quanticate. We have over 280 professionals and operate from headquarters in Hertfordshire, UK, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Canada, with additional offices in Manchester, UK; Edinburgh, Scotland; Bangalore, India; Mumbai, India; Hyderabad, India; Warsaw, Poland; and Bloemfontein, South Africa.
