Allucent (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an innovative and experienced Sr. Infrastructure Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure. The Sr. Infrastructure Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our organization’s IT infrastructure while driving innovation and efficiency.
In this role your key tasks will include:
- Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure solutions to support business operations and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement infrastructure requirements.
- Maintain and optimize systems and services related to Azure, Azure DevOps, AWS, and M365.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure security, compliance, and disaster recovery.
- Lead infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Mentor team members to promote standardization in project initiatives.
- Actively contribute to staff learning & development within the company.
To be successful you should possess :
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years’ experience with Azure/AWS cloud technologies.
- 3+ years’ experience with Azure DevOps.
- Microsoft 365 environment management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking concepts.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools to streamline infrastructure management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, M365 certifications) are a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Proven ability to complete projects and achieve results in an ambitious work environment
- Proficient in troubleshooting software, hardware and network issues.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integration.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
