We were founded in 1997 by Hannah Kain. We are a privately owned, certified woman-owned business (WBENC and CPUC registered).

Our headquarters are in Silicon Valley, Fremont, California, and we manage operations from 20 locations across 5 continents. We provide customized, high-compliance supply chain solutions for technology, healthcare, government, energy, utility, and financial services, serving Fortune 500 clients like Ford, General Motors, 23andMe, and Michelin.

Our services include supply chain execution, light contract manufacturing, and a 3PL+ solution. These cover end-to-end product lifecycle management, real-time visibility, and data integration. We specialize in sourcing, procurement, inventory management, kitting, fulfillment, digital and offset printing, e-commerce, assembly, media duplication, reverse logistics, and point-of-sales programs. We launched our first e-commerce order portal in 1998.

We hold certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, FDA Registered, SOC 2 Type 2, cGMP, NABP Accredited Drug Distributor, NABP Accredited OTC Medical Device Distributor, HIPAA Compliant, EcoVadis Silver Sustainability Rating (Top 15%), and RX Licensed. We also have SOC2 and Privacy Shield certifications for security.

Our U.S. fulfillment capacity handles 40,000 orders per hour, totaling over 52 million annually. Our worldwide print facilities cover 1 million sq. ft. We maintain high performance, with 99.997% on-time shipping, 99.99% inventory accuracy, and 99.995% core service availability.
