We were founded in 2009 as Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (NASDAQ: ASPS) and operate as an integrated service provider and marketplace for the real estate and mortgage industries.

We offer solutions for servicers, originators, real estate investors, and consumers. Our services include mortgage-related field operations, managed by our onshore and offshore remote teams using technology. For origination, we provide solutions like the Lenders One cooperative, mortgage fulfillment, title, and valuation services. We also offer credit data, due diligence, and secondary market services to mortgage brokerages, lenders, and institutional investors.

Our digital platforms, Hubzu.com and Equator.com, use data-driven insights to improve user experiences. We ensure financial transparency through our reporting, adhering to U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, and maintain internal controls, including SOX compliance. We also develop learning programs focused on mortgage origination services.
