We founded Altius Search Group in 2005 as a permanent placement executive search firm. We find and place executive and senior-level talent for our clients. Our services cover everything from assessing needs and mapping the market to evaluating candidates, managing offers, and guiding new hires through onboarding. We focus exclusively on direct permanent placement.

We recruit across several industries. In Senior Living, we cover Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, CCRC, and Skilled Nursing facilities. We fill roles such as Regional Director of Operations, Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, Health & Wellness Director, Executive Director, and positions in Clinical Services, Dining Services, and Facilities Management. We also place executive management like VPs, SVPs, EVPs, and COOs.

In Financial Services, we recruit for Equipment Leasing & Finance, Commercial Banking, and Healthcare Finance. Our Energy division focuses on Energy Services, Solar Power, Wind Power, and Energy Equipment Manufacturing. We also handle leadership recruiting for Healthcare and Hospitality.
