Relationship Manager | Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Altius Search Group is recruiting for a client that is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join its team in the Philadelphia market. This opportunity is ideal for a relationship-focused professional with experience managing high-value client accounts, supporting account growth, and delivering a high level of service in a professional services, insurance, or financial services environment.
This role will serve as a key point of contact for designated clients, supporting account retention, strengthening client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating internal resources to ensure a high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of client accounts
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Support client onboarding and implementation activities for new accounts
Partner with internal teams to ensure client needs, service expectations, and business objectives are met
Analyze account data and reporting to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities for account growth
Deliver training and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders as needed
Oversee the preparation and distribution of accurate internal and external reporting
Contribute ideas for process improvement, service enhancement, and client satisfaction
Support the ongoing development and management of strategic client relationships
Help identify opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or client service within insurance, financial services, or a related industry
Strong background in managing high-value client relationships
Ability to balance service, relationship management, and revenue growth within existing accounts
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and training skills
Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Experience in equipment finance, leasing, or insured finance-related products is helpful but not required
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as needed
Preferred Background
Account management or client relationship experience within insurance or financial services
Exposure to the equipment finance, leasing, or asset finance industry is a plus
Experience supporting key accounts in a professional, service-oriented environment
