One of our clients, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong functional background in Salesforce Revenue Cloud to act as a Technical Lead. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and managing Salesforce-based systems and applications, with a focus on scalable, high-quality Revenue Cloud solutions.

The Technical Lead will gather and translate business requirements, provide data-driven analysis, guide the development team, and ensure successful implementation and continuous optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment between business needs, technical delivery, and Salesforce best practices

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Architect to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and standards.
  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support long-term business objectives.

Development & Technical Leadership

  • Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including custom development, configurations, and integrations.
  • Provide hands-on development using Salesforce technologies while guiding and mentoring the development team.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.

Integrations

  • Design, develop, and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, Finance platforms, and microservices-based applications.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance, and security across integrated systems.

Documentation

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including:

    • Solution and design specifications
    • Deployment and release guides
    • System support and maintenance documentation

Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure Salesforce solutions align with and enhance the company’s business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and performance improvements.
  • Proactively recommend enhancements to maximize the value of Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

Code Quality & Governance

  • Perform code reviews to ensure high code quality, consistency, and appropriate use of design patterns.
  • Enforce development standards and contribute to continuous improvement of the development lifecycle.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business teams, stakeholders, developers, and IT professionals.

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for Salesforce-related initiatives.

  • Extensive experience with the Salesforce CRM platform, including architecture, modules, and best practices.

  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud (required).

  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions end to end.

  • Proficiency in: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Lightning Components, SOQL, Salesforce development tools and methodologies

  • Experience developing and managing integrations with ERP, Finance, and microservices-based systems.

  • Strong ability to gather, present, and translate business requirements into technical requirements.

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Billing is an asset
