We founded Anika Systems in 2005 to help federal agencies achieve their mission goals. We deliver solutions in AI strategy and digital transformation, data intelligence and governance, AI and machine learning, intelligent automation, and enterprise platforms and engineering.

Our services include data integration, data warehousing, data visualization, DevOps, DataOps, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, cloud migration, robotic process automation, low-code/no-code development, machine learning, artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, enterprise IT modernization, and agentic AI.

Our approach emphasizes demonstrating value through action with a “Show Me, Not Tell Me” philosophy. We develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) in our multi-cloud Virtual Innovation Transformation Acceleration Lab (VITAL) to quickly show tangible value to federal partners. We also specialize in establishing agency-wide Centers of Excellence for data and analytics, intelligent automation, and cloud management.

We use technologies like Oracle BI, ServiceNow, Tableau, EDW, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, vector databases, Azure, AWS, and UiPath.
