Billing Specialist and Traffic Coordinator: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

Our Brooklyn office, situated inside a renovated industrial loft, is the marketing backbone of the company. We operate like a startup – flexibility and self-accountability is in our DNA. The marketing department seeks a great addition to our already amazing team. This role will report into the Invoice, Billing & Traffic Manager. They will collaborate with nearly every other group within the firm but primarily within the media buying team. We’re fast learners, risk-takers and experts in our fields. We’ve been doing this for a long time, together, and we put people first. With that mantra, we’re redefining the law space.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Monitor vendor budgets
  • Make sure vendors adhere to guidelines
  • Creating and issuing credit memos
  • Resolve issues and build strong relationships with media vendors
  • Collaborate through building and maintaining productive relationships across all teams, internal and external, and push for ongoing growth
  • Research missing and unresolved payment issues
  • Escalate any reconciliation issues to the appropriate internal team
  • Build and update internal reports
  • Generate Traffic Instructions contingent on rotations received from creative team
  • Distribute Traffic Instructions to all vendors across all media types
  • Communicate with production team to ensure spot delivery
  • Monitor and track Traffic confirmations for all vendors

You Possess:

Nice to Have:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft products ie: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace ie: Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides
  • Experience using Freewheel/Strata preferred
  • Organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Media Related experience
  • Accounting experience
  • Accounts Receivable experience
  • Strata/Freewheels Traffic experience
