We founded Arcade in 2021 as a software development company specializing in AI visual storytelling. Our platform helps Go-To-Market (GTM) teams quickly create product demos, videos, and visuals. It’s built to be easy to use, removing technical and creative hurdles for teams who need to showcase their products on websites, in sales calls, or on social media. We support GTM teams in marketing, product, sales & pre-sales, customer success, and enablement & training.

Our platform includes an AI-powered demo editor, along with tools for video and visual generation, forms, and product analytics. We offer features like branching, collections, custom links, camera recording, custom variables, chapters, synthetic voiceover, hotspots, and callouts. Users can capture content with our Chrome extension, Desktop App, or by uploading media. Our platform is no-code, and an AI Agent keeps demos updated as products evolve. Content can be embedded on websites, shared through custom links, downloaded as GIFs, or shared as videos. We also provide analytics to track viewer engagement.

Our users report a median time to publish of 6 minutes and 7.2x higher engagement compared to video. Marketing teams see up to 5x trial conversion, product teams up to 30% more activated users, and sales teams more than 2x demo conversion. Customer success teams save over 3,000 hours in onboarding, while enablement and training teams create content up to 10x faster than traditional video.
