We are a remote-first company with 11-50 employees. Our team of software and team development experts comes from various countries, including the UK, Portugal, Poland, Greece, Syria, South Africa, and Belgium. We embed with, mentor, and support client teams, prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing.

Although we’re based in Belgium with physical offices in Leuven, our employees work from locations like The Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Syria, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. We support a flexible work environment, allowing employees to choose their hours and location, provided they have stable internet and coordinate for team communication. We encourage a maximum of 38 hours per week.

Friday afternoons are for ‘Expeditions,’ where our team learns new technologies, develops small projects, writes blog posts, or educates peers. We are actively building a diverse and inclusive team; while our current team is primarily ‘white millennial men,’ we aim to attract individuals from all backgrounds. We also compensate for the carbon footprint of company air travel.
