We create interactive stories and virtual worlds. Our narratives blend story and emotion through gameplay, art, audio, and design. We guide characters from concept to release, refining scripts and in-game performances. We also translate high-concept ideas into environmental storytelling, worldbuilding, VFX, and character performances.

We also manage daily customer service and content moderation with outsourced vendors. This involves tracking performance metrics like SLA, quality, productivity, accuracy, and compliance, and preparing review reports. We gather and analyze data from vendor sites to find trends and improvement opportunities, working with our internal QA and Training teams to fix performance gaps. We coordinate with other teams on workflows, documentation, and operational needs, and help launch new processes, tests, and tools to ensure vendors meet our standards. We also make sure vendors follow our data protection, security, and ethical moderation policies, escalating risks when necessary, and keep detailed records of all communications and process updates.
