We provide a platform for individuals to invest in residential rental properties, with investments starting from $100. We handle all property operations, including maintenance and renewals, so you can earn passive income from rental income and potential property appreciation without the responsibilities of being a landlord. You can hold your shares until we sell the property or sell them to other investors on our platform.

Our investment strategy focuses on finding properties nationwide that offer potential for income, growth, or both. Our team, with over 20 years of experience, uses data, technology, and local market knowledge to select properties. We offer fractionalized equity and credit investments, complying with Regulation A and Regulation D.

So far, our investors have put in over $375 million, and we’ve distributed $63 million back to them. We have over 936,000 registered investors. We’ve secured over $40 million in funding and have funded more than 528 properties in over 66 markets.
