We provide fully furnished homes with flexible terms and an inbuilt community, making renting easy. We operate a digital platform that makes it simple to browse and book rooms and apartments. We offer over 5,500 move-in-ready rooms and apartments across Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, and South Korea, for stays from a few days to several years. Our customers are young professionals and students in Asia.

We partner with real estate owners to transform spaces, using our tech-powered asset management to optimize occupancy and rental yields. Our capabilities include regional paid performance marketing, data engineering for building and scaling data-driven platforms (using dbt, BigQuery, MongoDB, SQL, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, APIs), business development for market expansion, and marketing operations for property launches.

We also handle 2D/3D technical drafting for hospitality projects, CGI/3D artistry for visualizing properties with photorealistic renderings, finance accounting, and social media management across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Cove was founded in 2018 by Luca, Guillaume, and Sophie. We have housed over 459,000 tenants and recorded more than 6 million nights stayed. Our investors include Keppel, Eurazeo, Picus Capital, Venturra, Xander, and Antler.

Our mission is to reimagine urban home rental, putting tenants first. We focus on creating comfortable, stylish homes and using technology for a smooth rental experience. We aim to address the housing affordability crisis for young people by making high-quality, flexible co-living more accessible.
