We founded Assurance IQ in 2016 to simplify finding and using insurance. We used data science and machine learning to match customers with coverage options tailored to their individual needs. Our licensed insurance agents provided personalized guidance to help customers make informed decisions.

We offered a wide range of insurance products, including health, life, and Medicare plans. We connected customers with many carriers, such as Aetna, Allwell, Ambetter, Anthem, Cigna, Humana, Molina, Oscar, and United Healthcare for health insurance. Life insurance options were available through Legal & General, Lumico, Mutual of Omaha, Protective, and Prudential. We also partnered with ASI, Assurance America, Bristol West, Clearcover, Dairyland, Foremost, Gainsco, Hippo, National General, Nationwide, Openly, Progressive, Safeco, The General, and Travelers for property & casualty insurance.

Our company combined expertise in financial services, technology, data science, and AI, applying it to life, health, and Medicare insurance, as well as sales and engineering. Over eight years, we helped millions protect their finances and well-being.

After about eight years, Assurance IQ stopped selling new policies or plans. Existing policies purchased through us are not affected by this closure; policyholders should contact their specific carriers for servicing. A Prudential call center associate handles general inquiries for former customers.
