Founded in 2017, we specialize in purpose-built connectivity solutions for AI and cloud infrastructure, especially for rack-scale AI. We offer our Intelligent Connectivity Platform, which combines PCIe®, CXL®, Ethernet, UALink™, and NVLink Fusion semiconductor solutions with the COSMOS software suite. This software provides system management and optimization tools, creating a scalable, customizable, software-defined architecture.

We provide silicon hardware and software, including custom NVLink Fusion-based solutions. Our goal is to address data, memory, and networking bottlenecks. We serve hyperscalers and the data center industry, ensuring plug-and-play interoperability through extensive testing in our Cloud-Scale Interop Lab with major hosts, endpoints, and memory vendors.

We expanded our capabilities by acquiring aiXscale Photonics.

We are leading the transition to AI Infrastructure 2.0, where the rack is the primary unit of compute. We do this by providing a full range of purpose-built silicon hardware and software solutions that follow open standards.
