Athletes Unlimited is looking for a Coordinator, Digital Fan Engagement to fulfill day-to-day digital fan engagement activities across website, email, and paid digital channels. This position is full-time and reports to the Vice President, Digital Fan Engagement.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure digital channels reflect real-time league activity while managing regular website updates, including refreshing league and player content
Help ensure website content is accurate, timely, and optimized for fan experience and discoverability
Assist with developing engaging fan experiences for our digital community across owned channels, including contests, surveys, and promotions
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on SEO strategy and help implement recommendations and updates
Support content publishing workflows, including page updates, landing pages, forms, and basic QA
Possess data fluency to understand performance metrics across email, web, and paid digital channels
Support game day digital coverage across AU leagues by delivering content updates, fan communications, and live event support during games
Help coordinate campaign launches tied to league moments, promotions, and game days
Assist with maintaining paid media calendars and organizing reporting inputs
Provide additional administrative and operational support to help ensure the wider success of the Digital Fan Engagement team
1–3 years of experience in digital fan engagement, web operations, or a related role
Clear written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with CMS platforms, spreadsheets, and digital tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Google Suite products
Travel to our league locations approximately once per year
Legal authorization to work in the United States
This role is full-time, remote and is compensated at a range of $45,000-50,000 annually. While this is the intended range, the actual compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, and geographic location of the position. We anticipate the highest end of the range will be reserved for those who exceed the hiring committee’s expectations on all measures of the evaluation process.
