Job Description
As aSenior Product Managerat Attune, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of products across the Attune platform. You will be the primary driver of customer value, translating complex market needs into high-impact features that power insurance access for small businesses nationwide.
This senior-level role focuses specifically onAttune’s proprietary insurance products. You will partner with our underwriting team and carrier partners to ensure new offerings maintain rigorous compliance and underwriting integrity while providing a frictionless user experience. You will own the product lifecycle from initial discovery to market launch, iterating rapidly based on quantitative feedback and managing high-level stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
●Lead Product Strategy:Drive the development, go-to-market strategy, and underwriting integration for proprietary insurance products.
●Strategic Collaboration:Partner with underwriters, insurance product managers, engineers, and designers to build scalable solutions.
●Stakeholder Management:Orchestrate cross-functional projects and manage critical relationships with external carrier partners.
●Requirements Synthesis:Translate complex insurance regulations and non-technical requirements into precise technical specifications and a cohesive product roadmap.
●Execution & Visibility:Communicate development velocity, manage milestones, and provide transparent reporting on product health.
●Roadmap Prioritization:Sequence product initiatives based on ROI, technical feasibility, and corporate mandate.
Qualifications
●5+ years of experiencein a technical product management role, specifically within the P&C insurance domain.
●Proven Track Record:Demonstrated success in launching complex, long-term projects and managing continuous iterative improvements.
●Communication Excellence:Ability to distill complex technical and insurance concepts for diverse audiences.
●Domain Expertise:Mastery of industry-specific terminology and concepts, including COIs, NKLLs, and Subrogation.
●Technical Proficiency:Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on technical architecture, including the ability to review and debug JSON.
●Agile Leadership:Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles.
●Cross-Functional Influence:Proven ability to drive alignment and influence senior leadership without formal authority.
