Job Description
- Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system.
- Understand Autenti’s product offerings and communicate their value to potential customers.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
- Fluent in Polish and German (both spoken and written).
- Basic understanding of sales processes or SaaS business models.
- Ability to work independently and as part of our team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM HubSpot.
- Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Interest in digital transformation, SaaS, and B2B sales.
- Strong research skills and creativity in outreach approach.
