We were founded in Berlin in 2012 and operate as a digital automotive platform for buying, selling, and financing used cars across over 30 countries. We went public on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in February 2021 and are part of the MDAX. We streamline used car trading for consumers and professional dealers in Europe through three brands: wirkaufendeinauto.de and its sister brands provide consumers with an easy way to sell their used cars. We use a Europe-wide network of over 600 drop-off locations. Autohero, our retail brand, makes choosing, buying, and financing high-quality used cars straightforward. We offer services like delivery, trade-in, and a 21-day money-back guarantee after inspecting vehicles in our production centers. AUTO1.com is Europe’s largest wholesale trading platform for car dealers. We help over 60,000 professional partners buy and sell used cars. We also provide in-house financing solutions for both consumers and merchant partners, as well as remarketing solutions for partners to sell vehicles. In 2024, we generated EUR 6.3 billion in revenue and sold 690,000 cars. We have traded approximately 5.5 million cars since our founding and employed 6,300 people at the end of 2024. Our operations involve over 150 logistic centers and 300 logistic partners.
