We are looking for a detail-oriented Mid-Level Designer with at least 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands structured communication design, visual storytelling, and how to translate complex business topics into clear, compelling design.
This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to create high-quality presentation materials, reports, and visual assets that support corporate communications and investor-facing materials.

Job Description
What You’ll Do
Create communication designs at Group level across corporate channels
Develop clear and engaging data visualizations
Support the development of earnings presentations, board decks, and strategic documents
Ensure brand consistency across all materials
Collaborate with communications, strategy, and leadership teams
Translate complex business topics into visually structured narratives
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of corporate design experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Advanced skills in Google Slides
Solid understanding of data visualization principles
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and a structured way of working

Experience with Workiva
Experience with Investor Relations or financial communications
Experience designing earnings presentations or annual reports
Basic understanding of corporate reporting standards
