About the Role
At AutoFi, Product Managers own product strategy and drive execution to deliver high-impact, customer-centric solutions for the automotive industry. We are looking for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager (level dependent on experience) to help drive our dealer retailing, engagement & AI initiatives and products. This role will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, sales, and customer teams to take products from concept to launch and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration.
- Gather and prioritize customer, dealer, and internal stakeholder requirements to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and specifications (PRDs), including user flows and success metrics.
- Partner closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive data-informed decision making by defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and iterating based on results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Marketing.
- Engage with external partners and third parties as needed to support integrations or joint initiatives.
- Balance speed, quality, and scope while making thoughtful trade-off decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years (PM) or 6+ years (Sr PM) of product management experience working on technical or platform products.
- Proven ability to own and deliver complex products in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments.
- Experience using JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and collaboration with engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive Software industry experience, particularly working with dealer-facing products or workflows.
- Experience building or scaling growth, e-commerce, outbound communications, or customer engagement products.
- Experience working directly with customers (e.g., dealers, enterprise clients) to shape product direction.
- Experience leveraging AI tools or AI-enabled features as part of a product.
- AI-assisted product workflows: Experience leveraging AI tools to improve effectiveness as a Product Manager — such as accelerating discovery, synthesizing customer feedback, drafting PRDs, analyzing data, or exploring product ideas.
- Analytics & data tools: Ability to work with product and business data to inform decisions (e.g., Amplitude experience strongly preferred).
$150,000 - $200,000 a year
