Avicado Construction Technology Services is looking for a Project Management Consultant to join our growing Client Services team. You will play a critical role in delivering successful, seamless, on-schedule, and on-budget software implementation projects for our clients.

What you’ll do…
- Work in complex and ambiguous client environments
- Develop and execute project plans including milestones, tasks, and resource allocation
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify, manage, and communicate project risks and mitigation strategies
- Deliver high-quality project deliverables on time and within scope
- Prepare and deliver project status reports and maintain accurate project documentation
- Analyze project data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
You should have…
- 2 to 5 Years Technical Project Management in technology software implementation and lifecycle management
- Ability to advise clients with confidence in ambiguous and complex environments
- Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time
- Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles
- High EQ and responsive approach
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholders
- Ability to adapt, handle and demonstrate flexibility with varied projects
- Familiarity with various schedule and project management tools (ex: Notion, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with e-builder, Procore, Tableau, Power BI or Microsoft 365
- Construction, Real Estate or Technology experience
- Consulting experience
- Worked with complex business organizations
- Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions
